4 bolts to remove stock bumper. Lay washers on frame rails around stock bolt holes, lay winch plate on top, then slide the bumper with the brackets on top of the winch plate brackets, line up the holes and put the new bolts in the stock bumper holes as well as new bolts in the front sway bar bracket holes. Tighten everything down.
