| CarSponsors.com does not offer any sponsorships and, most likely, never will. All sponsorships listed on CarSponsors.com are negotiated by CarSponsorships.com, our parent company. CarSponsors.com is a non-biased site to open up discussion between car owners and companies looking to sponsor. |
| CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION |
If you
don't get sponsored, you don't pay, it's that simple. If you
do get sponsored, you only pay a $89 application fee
(includes a full year access of Standard and Pro Levels),
regardless of how many companies sponsor you. We never
charge for additional sponsorships and you are never
obligated to purchase sponsors products.

| WHAT IS A FULL SPONSORSHIP ? |
| A Full sponsorship means that you do not have to pay for products or any other cost associated with your sponsorship. Some companies may request that you pay for shipping or installation. Companies that provide you with a full sponsorship means they are going to send you their products completely free. They usually require some type of advertisement to be placed on the vehicle that they are sponsoring. |
| WHAT IS A QUASI-SPONSORSHIP? |
| A Quasi-Sponsor is a sponsor that has not issued a contract or a full sponsorship to you. A Quasi-Sponsor is more of a bonus or a perk from a company that has shown some interest in you but is not yet ready to issue a full sponsorship. Remember, this is a stepping-stone for a potential larger sponsorship from this company. Many companies insist that they get to know someone first before they issue a full sponsorship. Quasi-sponsorship allows them to do this. |
| COPYRIGHTS |
By submitting Content (photo’s, media articles, trophies, schedules, portfolios, etc) to CarSponsors.com, whether by mail delivery, email or site uploading, you grant both CarSponsors.com and CarSponsorships.com the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your CarSponsorships.com/CarSponsors.com Portfolio and/or for CarSponsorships.com to use in their media advertising. This license exists for as long as you continue to be a CarSponsorships.com Client and shall be terminated when you request from us by email that your content be removed and you have received confirmation from CarSponsorships.com of the removal of your content. You also represent that you have full power and authority to comply with this Terms of Service Agreement without violating the rights of others and agree that your use of CarSponsorships.com and its services will comply with this Terms of Service Agreement without violating the rights of others.

| LIMIT OF LIABILITY |
Our liability is limited to the total amount of the fees that you pay us for our services. You agree to hold us harmless regarding any claim of any nature arising from your sponsorships or quasi-sponsorships including any car accidents, traffic tickets, injuries while operating your car, loss or damage to your vehicle, loss of employment, and injury to yourself or any other person and any claims of product liability.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. You may terminate your membership at any time. We may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason. |
| SPONSORSHIPS AND QUASI-SPONSORSHIPS |
| A ”sponsorship” is a contractual relationship between you and the sponsor. You will be paid a sum of money or be provided with merchandise in consideration of certain acts on your part, including handing out promotional material and placing a decal on your automobile in plain sight. A “quasi-sponsorship” is when you are not given money, but not asked to take part in the same requirements as a sponsorship. Typically a quasi-sponsorship provides you with the ability to purchase certain products at cost for your own personal use. |
| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or materials or functions on any such site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
